Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, because even the post office needs a break.

During product drops, holidays, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. If something’s going to be delayed more than expected, we’ll let you know.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and where it’s headed.

U.S. Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping
    Available on orders $75 and up
    Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days after your order ships

  • Sticker Shipping
    Sticker-only orders (0–0.9 oz) ship for $1.00. Cheap, easy, no drama.

  • USPS Carrier Rates
    Real-time USPS rates are available at checkout if you want faster delivery or different service options. Delivery times vary by service selected.

Delivery times are estimates and start after your order ships, not when you click “Place Order.”


Made-to-Order & Backordered Items

Some of our shirts aren’t sitting on a shelf waiting to be picked. A few styles are made to order or temporarily backordered, which means they need a little extra time before heading your way.

If your order includes one of these items, it may ship separately or take longer than our standard processing window. If there’s a notable delay, we’ll reach out. Good things take time.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS, taking advantage of discounted rates through Shopify. Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can stalk it responsibly.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping using USPS carrier-calculated rates. Delivery times vary by destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country. Those are set by your government, not us.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it’s officially out of our hands. So Nashville isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If this happens, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need help on our end, reach out and we’ll do what we can.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review it and make things right.
